Founders, and brothers, Patrick and Andrew Tighe

Eden Development is a climate-positive development company. The name Eden comes from the town that we grew up in, a garden township outside of Buffalo, NY.

Eden was a rural, agricultural community. Growing up, we would take our red-rider wagon each harvest through the woods and down to the strawberry patch and fill it up!

We want to build a community that feels the same way. We know the world has changed since then, but a yearning to be outdoors more exists – to get back to the garden.
